Who we are
Incepted in 2025, Risk Removers Environmental was designed to aid in the provisioning of safer communities throughout the State of Ohio.
Founding CEO, D’Andre Bowers was tasked to build an agency that helps address home and business hazards. Bowers completed formal training for inspections and abatements also earning certification status with the US EPA as a renovator and certified contractor to perform hazard inspections and abatement/removal services.
Risk Removers was launched under our main parent company, Neighborhood Construction & Restoration Inc (NCR). Our program is vetted with large municipalities such as the City of Cleveland, Licensed by the State of Ohio, Certified by the US EPA, Bonded, and Insured for all environmental pollution and abatement related construction projects.
